Data Management
OPSTRATA will work with your team to strengthen existing systems and build new systems to maximize a data driven approach to hitting your outcomes and goals. Implementing new Client Relationship Management Systems (CRMS): work with organizations to understand data needs and usage, identify data system requirements, identify potential data systems, assist in setting up licenses, find customization support, create processes, SOPS and training to staff on how to use the system (for instance, salesforce) Building new and improving current systems within limited funds: work with organizations to assess data collection, entry and management and ensure that data processes are maximized for reporting, mission and new funding opportunities We also support teams in developing a consciousness of effective use. We work with teams to foster data literacy so that teams know how to read, use and discuss information to ensure evidence-based decision making.

Operational Support
We work to support optimizing operational systems, processes and procedures to ensure that programmatic teams can focus on programmatic work. Examine existing structures, existing business needs and future vision to (define, measure, analyze) to create/improve processes (improve) and document, create SOPs and train staff (control) to ensure that operational structures and processes enable the business to operate efficiently and effectively through a collaborative design, we will present a variety of options that work within the bounds of current organizational capacity as well as set sustainable options for scale (this can be re engagement) Set up budgeting and financial management procedures and processes through the lens of ethical stewardship and data aligned with mission (define, measure, analyze), to ensure that the organization is aligned financially with their mission, identify funding needs and opportunities and strengthen organizational capacity Identifying organizational staffing needs based for organizations that are scaling and providing HR process support and design for building diverse and inclusive organizations
